BeltoniLabs LLC
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we receive through beltonilabs.com, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. We kept it short on purpose: the site collects very little.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is BeltoniLabs LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Ohio, United States, which also operates from Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, email us at tomasschuenemann@beltonilabs.com.
2. What data we receive
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs the IP address, browser and date of each visit for security and operations. We don't use it to identify you or build profiles.
- Call booking: if you book a call, you do it on Calendly. We receive what you enter there (name, email and any notes).
The site has no user accounts and doesn't store messages in a database: the form forwards them by email to our inbox.
3. What we use it for
- Replying to your inquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal.
- Scheduling and holding the call you booked.
- Keeping the site secure and running.
We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form or book a call, and on the pre-contract steps you ask us to take. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we don't use your email to send you marketing.
4. Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the site, acting on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting.
- Resend (United States): delivery of the contact form email.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365): the inbox where we receive and answer messages.
- Calendly LLC (United States): call booking, only if you use it.
Beyond that, we would only disclose data if a competent authority requires it by law.
5. International transfers
These providers store data on servers in the United States. By using the form or the booking page, you agree to that transfer. We choose providers that apply industry-standard security measures.
6. How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client, in which case the contract terms and legal retention periods apply. Hosting logs are deleted automatically on the provider's schedule.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Email us at tomasschuenemann@beltonilabs.com from the address you contacted us with. We respond within the legal deadlines.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326.
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law: we do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Security
The site only runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form is protected against automated submissions. No system is foolproof, which is exactly why we limit what we collect.
9. Children
The site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Cookies
This site does not use cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its update date. For significant changes (for example, if we add a new tool), we'll give notice on the site before they apply.
